Fry - make sure you open the top lid at the top of the peak of your roof and pull out spreader to improve your air / wind velocity vs. just opening your roof hatch door that you use to climb into the bin. As others said, your grain is warmer (also has some "warm" moisture that is condensing on the cold bin roof.
