| Beet haulers and logging trucks use full lockers, but I don’t think they are necessary for grain harvest. Open shoulder drive tires are good enough for most conditions. If it’s muddy enough to need full lockers there is a good chance you will burry the truck anyway and should just stay on the road. The exception would be if the ground is frozen with mud, ice or deep snow on top, then tire chains make a truck nearly unstoppable. | |
