NC Iowa | MRI is necessary to diagnose what is going on. Depending on severity of injury, surgery may be best option. PT may help if not a severe tear. It may just delay the invariable repair and recovery.
In my case, pt didn't help and just delayed real treatment a year. I have surgery scheduled for next week. Lots of information out there on YouTube, so I pretty much know what to expect. I took some of the advice and bought an ice therapy machine on ebay.
