W.C. Mo. | After being trampled by a peed-off heifer, I had both shoulders rebuilt. One shoulder immediately, the other after pt and 10 years. It finally snapped and just hung down. Pt before surgery can help build strength but if damage is severe enough it is still going to get worse eventually. Shoulder surgery is painful and takes a lot of pt afterwards but both of mine had mutiple tears. My thoughts is get it done-your not getting any younger and it seems the older I get-the longer it takes to recover.
BTW I now have full mobility of both shoulders at age 65. | |
