I use this cable 4000319-1. It's $80 (used to be $50) and a standard GPS cable.
This super-bare display cable connects to Insight/Integra class displays, GPS on the common DB9 (powered), and receives power on a 3 pin weatherpack connection. If you do any wiring at all, you have the means to put 12 volts in on the 3 pin weatherpack connector with little more than elbow grease.
