West Central Ohio | Make sure you read the section in the manual on this carefully and follow the steps exactly.
In essence, your are not viewing the data on the monitor directly. The serial connection allow the pfAdvantage to "send" the data stored in the monitor (Print Summary) that you will "catch" with your computer using terminal emulation software (i use puTTy) you run on your computer. You can that capture the data using the terminal emulation software an save it or print it. Takes a little time to get it set up and working properly. Once you have done it a few times it i pretty easy.
Edit to add. Forgot to mention. If you do a search on "agleader pfadvantage" you can go to the agleader web site and get a program called "pfutil" or something like that. It has a terminal emulation utility that you can use to download also.
