North Carolina | Re entering cotton base in arc / plc. You can decide if you want it to go to grain or cotton. If you choose cotton it puts a percentage in unassigned base. No one could say what the unassigned would go too. Some even said it might float around and disappear. Does anybody know what if any type payment on cotton in either arc or plc could be or where the unassigned base will end up going? | |
