Amherst WI | I think I know why Amazon is killing them.
I have a gift card I thought I better redeem since they are going bankrupt. Its been in my wallet for 2+ years to use next time I drive by a Sears, you can see how well that has been going.
Their website is painfully slow. Once you do find something you want (in my case tools) it says it can't be shipped and you can only do in store pickup. All I wanted was a chisel and punch set, not a washer and dryer or something bulky.
I bet I could buy something off of Amazon in the amount of time it took just to load the check out page. | |
