I couldn't stand the machine either. I also have A-fib. I had hit 223# decided I didn't like where I was headed. Lost 30 #. I now sleep a good six hours+. Awake during the day. A-fib seldom occurs. And when it does it's just a few seconds. I also discovered that sleeping alone made a difference too. Just what has worked for me. I'm sure all the junk food I was eating was part of it. Reduced sugar A LOT. |
