$50K-$80K should get someone, no need to be part owner for that kind of pay. If this was a year ago I may have just cashed in and came up there for the higher end of that as long as using a damn horse wasn't a requirement. Lot easier being on the "guaranteed" side of that $80K than the "your ass is on the line" side of it.

Might watch for any places that are selling and have a good guy that isn't retaining his position. Usually a good new owner will keep at least 1 or 2 guys but not everyone will.
