...Call the tech colleges that teach youngsters the basics of cattle production. The Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster, Ohio has an almost 99% placement rate for putting their students in the field they study for. They have a Beef Production program...and you can actually (If it hasn't changed) hire one of their students for an "internship" of about 10 weeks to see if you think you can get along with them.

....There are other places like Black Hawk College in Illinois that offer similar programs.
