WC MN | Trimble makes an excellent guidance system and Precision makes on outstanding planter controller/monitor. You will have some extra screens in the cab but the best of both worlds. We run implement steer on a 1000 and a 2050, the 2050 is much faster at startup and has a lighter screen for easier mounting. We gave up on running the planter through Trimble, there best answer was it was too busy running implement steer and was overloaded running planter as well, maybe they should rewrite their advertising. Having said that there are plenty of people on here who run Trimble for steer and planter control and get along well if you want one screen. | |
