nw illinois | I don't think that is the reason. I've operated a Rawson for 6 or 7 years now. Their drive motors have internal controls that change shaft speed in relationship to ground speed. The lag time is milliseconds. The Rawson drive, when in GPS mode, must have a command from another GPS controller telling it the population from a prescription. Most prescriptions have default values if outside a set boundary,however, to shut off the drive automatically from an as applied map there would have to be an interface with Seed Command(Trimble/AgLeader) or a rate controller (JD). | |
