Subject: RE: Pond mud

Central IL
We cleaned some out of a pond and top loaded into scraper. When the scraper dumped it out the tires on it cut ruts through the muck basically leaving it in a nunch of 18" windrows. It dried very fast. About 10 days and it was fit to grade. But it may not have been quite as wet as some pond muck. The damn had been cut previously and it was basically just what was the old pond bottom that was below the cut through dam so didnt dry out. But it was pretty dang nasty and dried out fast.
