Too many variables. That is almost like asking how fast does grass grow.
I assume you mean the pond silt is in place in the pond and the drying time is since the pond went dry? That could take a long long time.
I would dig it out mud and all and spread it on surface and let it dry. Maybe even work it to speed drying.
