NW IA | I have had my Quantum for 16 years and I am very pleased. What you need to change is your bin coefficient, this number should be changed by bin, depending how large of fans you have on the bins and the grain depth. In the manual it is all based off of static pressure and air flow. If you have a large fan on a small bin, the coefficient needs to be lower, and opposite on a larger bin with small fan. I usually run .25, and on a 90k bushel bin with one 15hp axial flow 24" fan I run .30. What I did was write down the coefficient that you use for each bin you fill, then keep track of outgoing moisture and it will help you adjust from there.
