East Central Ia
How tight is your concave?

I normally would run concave around 28-30, and cylinder around 260-280.

But this year I am running them around 22-24 and 300-330...

This has only been in two hybrids so far but both in the 250bpa and 20-22% range.

My sample looks really good though, very little damage at all. Just fighting rotor loss which I haven’t had issues with outside of a very few occasions in the eight years I have run a Lexion.

Finding optimum concave clearance can be tricky in tough threshing hybrids... too tight busts cobs up and can overwork sieves cutting into capacity. But I typically like to keep cylinder speed as low as possible and tighten my concave first. Then try speeding up the cylinder until it grinds and find that happy spot.

You could try the key stock APS grates and maybe it would let you open and slow things down to reduce damage?
