23mm and 350 seems to be as gentle as we can be with this hybrid and still get it off. Corn is ranging from 190-250 bpa.. we will start getting rotor loss also if we don't get it all off the cob in the cylinder. I guess the rotor starts beating it off the cob and doesn't have time to separate. A specialist at lexion wants us to pull what he is calling the pre concaves and cut the key stock off. He said they have had a few instances like this and it fixed the issue? I'm worried if we do this how it might effect soybeans.
