Check for moisture inside of motor. I have the two motor version of Hopper Walker and this summer one motor wasn't working. I took it apart and it had water damage inside. I took it to local motor shop they cleaned and dried it. Sprayed some varnish in it and it was as good as new. I reinstalled it with silicone sealant to help keep the moisture out.
