| Good morning. Im actually up 1 pound, but Im doing my best to watch what I eat. Oatmeal for breakfast. A mixture of cheese,apples,grapes, raisons,almonds,and a little piece of chocolate for lunch. Supper is whatever gets put on the table. Finally starting to get ready for harvest. Neighbors already have about 50 acres of beans out. Got the last of the cows this week, so busy taking care of them. Stay safe jogging out there, too many crazy idiots out there. Be safe, have fun, and have a great week! | |
