Sounds like a nice run! I did a sweaty 7 miles around our lake this morning (20+ hills and about a half dozen steep ones that take my breath away). Saw more squirrels than people. Burned about 1,000 calories so I had a couple pancakes with breakfast at the diner on the way back to town. Stuck around 150 to 155 all year...
