Depending on what style of front axle the john deere has will depend on what wheel angle sensor options you have.

If it has the standard axle, you can either use the john deere integrated wheel angle sensor or you can "terminate" that John Deere sensor and install the AutoFarm wheel angle sensor

If the tractor is a ILS model then you will have to install a AutoFarm wheel angle sensor. The style of sensor that John Deere uses on the ILS is not a potentiometer. AF has a wheel angle sensor kit for the ILS model that has different brackets than the standard 8000 wheel angle sensor does.
