If its a straight M, gear drive machine they really are a simple machine. No it doesn't have all the features of the last M3's, and isn't a real high capacity machine by today's standards, but what do you need?
Most all the wear parts are still available (cylinder bars, elevator chains, raddle's) and heads, such as they are, are available and cheap. I'm thinking you could come up 15 or 16 foot head with a series 2 Hart Carter bar pretty easy and a 4 or 6 row head as well. Guess it all depends on your expectations and how much money you've got to work with. | |
