South cental Ohio | My brother that only lives about a mile away, had something getting his ducks a few years ago. When the vandal finally got all the ducks , it got brave enough to get into the trap which my brother had set. It was either a mink or weasel-- don't really know because I think they look about the same. So I could have a mink or weasel..... that's the only thing that I can think of that could get into the nooks and crannies that the cats go in in this old barn. A lot of repliers suggest an owl. I think there's too many obstacles for an owl to fly and hunt efficiently in this barn. Last night my wife went to feed the cats ( if there were any left) and she said most of them were back but still missing 3 or so. Whatever got after my cats sure made them lay in hiding and scared the crap out of them. Thanks for all the replies, | |
