I hope you get it figured out Zach and I hope it's not BVD.

If it was BVD that got them, I don't think there's any way to test for it at this point since the damage was done to the fetuses many months ago and the cows will be long since over the virus now. The only way you'll know is if you start calving and get a few calves with birth defects like eye, brain, and skeletal deformations. There's nothing you can do to fix it now, anyway.
