| I remember from one of your posts earlier this summer that you were planting a lot of sudangrass (I think)? Is that what their grazing? It can be pretty dangerous on the nitrate situation and the first sign that your feed is too hot on nitrates is P3 cows slipping calves. It lowers the ability of blood to carry enough oxygen and the number 1 "canary in the coal mine" in that situation is a late term fetus. | |
