That is what my 8 year old daughter has been complaining of for the past couple years.  Says she sees spots, or sparkles or something.  Have taken her to the DR, her vision is pretty good.  Seems to happen more when she is run down and tired.  Wife gets migraines from time to time.  Dr mentioned visual migraine is probably what it is.
