Western illinois
If you've had a torn retina in one eye, I'd go get it checked ASAP. It's most likely an age related vitreous separation, but could be a tear or the retina trying to detach. I've been going through it for a few years now. I have an elongated floater in one eye now that we are 'keeping an eye on'. My retina specialist says it's ok unless I lose peripheral vision or get a dark curtain in my vision. Then it's to the Dr ASAP. Don't mess with your vision IMO.
