| Is it because of arthritis? I had my right hip replaced 7 years ago. I wouldn't think twice about having the other one done. I had the anterior hip replacement which is much easier then the posterior replacement. Small incision in the front, one night stay. No restrictions on bending forward. Yes, still a surgery, but oh, so much better. The last couple weeks, Dave and I have been dealing with cleaning up our house that his mother has lived in for 43 years and my step tracker said I have been averaging 5 to 7 miles a day and I would not have been able to do that before.
If you don't want to go that route, try CBD oil, all states sell it now. It does not have THC in it so you wouldn't get high. You need to go to a store that has knowledgeable people working there. It helps with so many things including inflammation. | |
