Ok, after reading all the replies here is mine:
1. The work around for importing as applied shape files to field view is to export the "planned rate" map. It will have much fewer points and should import just fine.
2. Data from a 20/20 can easily be loaded into the operations center using the Data Manager. I have done this many times for over a year. It will also work for making variety locator maps for Deere combine (2600-Gen 4).
