First I'm going to assume you calibrated the TCM. THIS IS REQUIRED. Many times this is the issue, and you can't calibrate it too much. I've had a few receivers that would behave like yours and redoing the calibration fixed the issue. If calibration wasn't the issue then have your dealer test the TCM, they can go bad sometimes.
