SE MN | I always used HP. After having to reconnect the printer every time I went to use the dumb thing, I got sick of it and went to Staples to look for a different one. The salesman recommended Brother, it was very comparable in price and the ink was a little cheaper. That was 3 years ago. I didn’t have any issues with the first one, but my parents needed a new one and ended up buying the next model up from mine since I wish I had duplex scanning. It ended up being a commercial printer and was really big, so I traded them and they are sill using my original. They have had 0 issues with it. They now have a MFC-5620DW and I have a MFC-J6930DW. | |
