southern MN | We used to all go for the Phantom 3 or 4, Advanced or Pro.
Now the Mavic Pro appears to be as capible, slightly cheaper and smaller to lug around.
I believe they are just coming out with a new version of Mavic Pro, so you might either get some discounts or a newer model real soon?
A second battery and a carrying case are nice add ons and often come in a bundle for your price range.
