Not too bad of a job. Use good parts. The first time i did mine, I bought a cheap timing/water pump kit from ebay. I figured it wouldn't be great for 100,000 but it should last awhile. About 22,000 was the number, and it came apart going down the interstate at 70mph. Yep, interference engine. Pull the head for all new valves. This time it went back with OE Honda parts. Check out majestichonda.com. Oe parts really aren't that bad.
