SESD | Asking for a friend. He has a Phantom 3 he got from a different friend. He uses it with his Iphone. When he first got it, he brought it to my place to fly the first time. Worked good and could run nearly a mile away from control. For the most part, ever since then he has a lot of trouble getting any rang out of it, like only 1/8mi or so and it will tell him it's out of range and head to home base. He did say he deleted the app on his phone and redownloaded and it seemed to be a little better for a time or two, but then back to the short range again. He googled it and seemed to be a fairly common problem, but didn't find any great answers.
Also, what is it worth if it's working good? In the condition it's in now?
