NE Nebraska | The home delivery services (UPS, Fedex, etc) are in a no win situation. If they leave packages outside in the elements people complain about the condition of the package, or the package could get stolen. If they put it in a vehicle, it could get stolen, too hot, wrong vehicle or wrong driver leaving with it. If they put it in the house, homeowner might accuse them of not closing door, entering unlawfully, etc. I foresee the need for locked boxes or centralized drop-off/ pick-up locations in the future. | |
