A friend in Colorado estimates that fully 60% of the distribution services are money laundering fronts for MS13. Her in CA (Crazy America), violence has increased with numerous armed break in into homes that are in the cultivation business or are growing for personal use.

The thing to remember is a bad guy is a bad guy. We have growers who kill the labor force to avoid payment, who enslave workers. Drug cartels have, in the past, shipped product in cadavers they have gutted. Most growers here are guilty of gross negligence in the care of the environment. The spray their product with pesticides that we have no idea what happens to the human body when it is smoked. People doing bad things like this are not suddenly going to straighten up and fly right just because their product has been rubber stamped OK.
