This was being handled by Pekin Insurance.  It's now turned over to my company to go after them.  They told me if medical bills are over $5000 I will have to get a lawyer and they would work with them to go after Pekin.  I don't think she has that much.  They are sending their own adjuster out to look at the car, I'm gonna hand them the repair estimate that I got, not the one that the original adjuster made up.  In reality, I'm just looking to be even, if they would just pay the medical, and fix/replace the car to what it was before the accident, I would be happy.  This should have been settled a week ago, were on week 3, car is still in the driveway, and it's estimated to take 20 days to fix it.  At this point, it will be August before I get her another car if they go ahead and fix it.
