I, the body man. or my agent can't figure out why the adjuster is to adamant to fix this thing.  If he wasn't a shyster, and $9498 didn't cover the repairs, he's gambling that it's not going to cost much more than $2500 dollars extra to fix it.  He musta pulled the $9498 out of the air, as the copy of the estimate I got was over $10k, and more than likely would be more than that once what's left of the bumper cover is pulled off, along with whatever else they find bent in the process.
