If he is smart and willing to work, bring him to North Dakota. He will have 1500 job offers in 10 minutes. My nieces husband is working out of Watford City running a fracking crew. Base pay is $47 per hour, and overtime over 40 hours. He put in 110 hours last week. We have a severe, I repeat, severe shortage of good workers. Anyone worth his salt can make good money here.
