S Illinois | Let’s see working age is considered 16 and up. There is no upper limit. So yes if we count every nursing home resident, student, stay at home parent, or just general retired person, it is likely is that high. What good it does other than grab headlines I am not sure. Wonder if he would go back to the pre- 1950’s before women entered the workforce en mass. Shoot we probably had a time close to 40% unemployment. Oh the humanity.
