Subject: RE: Sidekick Pro ISO voltage issue

Butterfield, MN
I think those things use multiple wires to supply the high current power to the pumps. Is it possible that one of the 2 or 3 wires going in for either HC power or HC ground on the 12-pin Deutsch connector are pushed out of place? Not that it would be very convenient to test, but it would also be kind of nice to back-probe into one of the HC power and ground pins and put a meter with long leads in there to physically watch what the voltage is doing. If it's staying nice and steady back there, you're probably right, must be electronics on the pump itself. If it is dropping down, likely a wire breaking down along the way to the back of the rig.
