The local hospital seems to not want anyone to die there. Air lift them to the big hospital. Make your wishes known, they cant force you to get on a helicopter. They will really lean on your spouse/family to go along with the airlift thing though.

They seem to over use it, for sure.

I would pay $50/yr for airlift insurance.
