I was thinking about this to.
Sister just retired after 43 years as a RN. Husband has his appendix out in a smaller college town. One thing lead to another and he was air flightled to a bigger hospital. She talked about a policy she buys for $50 a year for just what happened.
I'm gonna check into it more.
