You have very valid points. We keep one mower type of each. A front deck ( Deere 935F ) for trimming, getting under trees and bushes and mowing tougher areas. Then a Deere 997 zero turn for mowing the centers and easy trimming. It doesn't take long to mow when you have them going at the same time.
