NW Iowa
If you aren’t running RTK, 3 or 4 inches off is normal. I run WASS. The first year I used this setup I was nudging like crazy but after that first year I gave up on nudging and just figured my spacing wasn’t going to be perfect all the time. Also it seems to me it gets a little less accurate just before sunset, then is more accurate after dark. This year I was rained out before dark for the whole two days I have had the opportunity to plant (groan) so I can’t speak for how it will act after dark now. Also, I had the planter monitor globe and the autosteer globe on the cab roof together and they were fighting each other. After the dealer came and put both the auto steer and planter monitor on the same globe the auto steer accuracy got better and the planter monitor quit acting weird.
