I have the same hearing aids and they will only work with Samsung or Apple phones.  I had a Motorola phone that I really liked but it was not compatible so I went with a Samsung.  I really like being able to control the amplification.  An Apple phone will let you use your hearing aids like a Bluetooth earpiece to carry on a conversation.
