Mn. | O.K. here is the deal, am wearing Resound demo. hearing aids. can be set with a cell phone, so am a long time customer of Tracfone, has met my needs and worked in an emergency situation where smart phone would not, Tracfone comes out with a deal, took it, don't really care for the phone, Alcatel one touch,A564C, so I get a young guy to help me with it, hand wrote directions, met with hearing rep, she tries to get it programed, message comes up not compatible. So looked at a simple phone, Jitterbug smart, son has one works well, I am simpleton. Reading the Resound directions down the page, states if phone is on an Android system, has to have KitKat 4.4.2. or 4.4.4., or lollipop 5.0, or marshmello 6.0.1., Jitterbug probably won't work (verified by customer service). For a phone ,about the only option is an iphone, problem is I don't want to purchase an expensive phone on top of the aids. Any suggestions? This whole thing has been quite frustrating.
