North Central Iowa | In my opinion. It is not the cold starts to the crop year that caused poor yields. Its that everyone is in such a panic that they destroy the structure of the soils from muddying thru ground. It was worse in previous years because less ground was tiled back then. You need to look at the big picture not just at history records because they don't tell all the facts.
