Is the pond above the barn or below the barn?
if below the barn do not cut dam we would pump the water out set the hoe inside the pond and dump the bucket at top of backslope and it will flow away from you use a dozer to push slop to hoe' Slop might go 1/2 mile
If above you will need to haul away with a dump truck with a tight endgate
Cleaning silt out of pond?????
